New Year Brings Merger with Kirkpatrick Sprecker & Company

We are pleased to announce a merger with another Wichita-based CPA firm, Kirkpatrick Sprecker & Company (KSCPA).

The KSCPA offices at 311 S. Hillside will remain active through the 2021 tax season before joining RCM at its downtown location in the Garvey Center. Jim Hubbard and Monty Allen, partners with KSCPA, will remain with the merged firm and will continue their valued client services.

Founded in 1963, KSCPA provides a full range of services ranging from assurance services to tax management services.

“RCM was a natural fit for our client base,” Hubbard said. “This merger will allow us to continue to provide excellent service to our clients in an ever-evolving competitive environment. We look forward to the shared technologies, resources and opportunities that this merger provides.”

Marshal Hull, partner-in-charge of the RCM Wichita office, said they have respected KSCPA as a competitor and as a colleague for decades.

“Our firms share a common culture and devotion to professional service with an added measure of personal attention to our clients,” Hull said. “We are excited to augment our ability to serve our mutual clients with the additional talents of the KSCPA partners and staff. We believe KSCPA clients will benefit from the additional resources that our merged firms can provide.”
