James R. Ogez
CPA, Partner-In-Charge
Jim is the Partner-in-Charge of the Tulsa office. He joined RCM in 1986 after serving as a senior auditor with a national accounting firm. In addition to being primarily responsible for audit engagements in the Tulsa office, Jim oversees all outsourcing clients.
Jim has actively served Tulsa’s not for profit community. He has served as board member for each of the following organizations: The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges: The John Hope Franklin Center for Reconciliation; Alzheimer’s Association (Ok/Ark Chapter); Oklahoma State University Alumni Association (Tulsa chapter); Make a Wish Foundation; The Tulsa Air and Space Museum; Bixby Rotary Club; and American Business Club.
In his public accounting career, his clients have included financial institutions, electric cooperatives, oil and gas companies, manufacturers, not-for-profit organizations, wholesalers, governmental agencies, colleges and rural rental housing entities. In addition to audits, he also has experience in individual, corporate and fiduciary taxation and business consulting.

Mike Humphrey
CPA, Partner
Mike Humphrey received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1996, with a major in accounting. Mike is also a certified public accountant.
Mike began his public accounting career as an income tax preparer for an accounting firm in Oklahoma City and became a company controller two years later. Mike then served as an audit manager for the Oklahoma State Auditor and Inspector for five years where he gained experience auditing state and county governments. While serving this office, Mike also maintained a portfolio of income tax clients in a private practice.
Mike re-entered public accounting as an auditor for an Oklahoma City firm and later joined Regier Carr & Monroe in 2012.

Russell D. Robinson
CPA, Partner
Russell D. Robinson is a native Oklahoman. He attended the University of Tulsa and received a B.S. degree from East Central State University in 1966, with a major in accounting. Mr. Robinson was certified in Oklahoma in 1970. He began his public accounting career in 1966 in Lawton, Oklahoma, with the firm of Loyd K. Bendurer & Co., Certified Public Accountants.In 1967, Mr. Robinson became affiliated with Norman C. Cross, Jr. and was admitted as a partner in January 1972. In January 1976, the firm’s name was changed to Cross and Robinson, Certified Public Accountants, A Professional Corporation. He has been the managing partner since 1985 and up until the firm merged with Regier Carr & Monroe, CPAs, LLP in 2015. As a partner in a local firm, Mr. Robinson has a well-rounded background in audit, tax and consulting services.
The majority of Mr. Robinson’s experience and expertise has been in the oil and gas, manufacturing and insurance industries. He also has extensive experience in the hospital field and medical services area.
Mr. Robinson has conducted several seminars with major oil companies in regard to employees’ benefits, financial planning, estate taxes and IRA rollovers.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Tulsa Chapter of Certified Public Accountants and the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum.
